Our mugs are made of polypropylene PP, a transparent and reusable and subsequently recyclable material that is BPA-free. They are produced in Germany with a focus on quality and durability. Our 2nd generation soft drink mugs are made of ISCC-PLUS certified material with used frying oil as the main ingredient - in fact, we reduce the fossil content with 74%, radically lowering the carbon footprint of our cups, while still providing a material that can be reused many times over and subsequently recycled.

At New Loop, we strive to deliver high-quality reusable packaging that combines functionality with reusability. We need to change the culture of using and throwing away and instead utilise our resources better and for longer. It's about maximising the value of our materials and ensuring they contribute to a circular economy where resources stay in use longer and reduce environmental impact.
Designed with the user in mind
Our range of food grade packaging is designed with the everyday user in mind. Our washable coffee cups offer an excellent alternative to traditional disposable coffee cups and our unique deposit system ensures that as many cups as possible return to us.
Plastic in circulation
Our packaging is made of plastic, an excellent material when handled correctly. Plastic is not rubbish in itself; it becomes valuable when it stays in a circular system instead of being thrown away. To minimise our fossil fuel footprint, we have switched to a ISCC-PLUS certified material, with 73% of the material coming from used frying oil. Our deposit system then ensures that the packaging is reused many times. When the packaging reaches the end of its life, the material is recycled and used for other purposes, minimising waste and making full use of resources.
