A customised solution
At New Loop, we work with you to find the best solution for your event, reducing waste and creating a more circular setup.
We help you with reusable cups, tableware and deposit schemes that fit your exact needs.
A return system that works
We offer several options to utilise our return system and deposit system:
Pant model
The first option is a deposit system where guests pay 5 DKK for the cup, which is refunded upon return - either via our digital deposit management or return payment.
A simple model that makes it easy to keep track of coffee cups, soft drink cups and crockery during the event.
Donation or fee model
The other option is a donation or fee system where guests pay 5 DKK for the cup.
Depending on the model, upon return, guests receive either the full amount, a portion of the amount, or the amount goes to donation or as a fee that contributes to the maintenance of the circular system.
Solution for closed events
A third solution can work for closed events where there is no risk of the cups disappearing - the cup is simply used as a regular cup and returned after use.

In addition to the coffee cup, we offer a wide range of food-grade reusable packaging that can be used for many types of events.

How does it work?
How it works
New Loop makes it easy for your guests to enjoy their coffee without producing more waste.
Step 1.
Pour the drink in a New Loop cup
The event employee fills the drink in a New Loop cup and gives it to the guest, who pays a 5 DKK deposit for the cup.
Step 2.
Swap and get more
Does the guest need more? No problem. They simply exchange the used cup for a new one without paying a deposit again.
Step 3.
Return packaging
Once the cup is emptied, the guest returns it to either the deposit booth or a collection container and the deposit is refunded.
Step 4.
Collection
The used cups are collected in a transport box or in a pallet tray - Ready for collection.
Step 5.
Collection and returns
New Loops collects and washes the used cups. The cups are then returned to you - now ready for reuse.
You also get
Communication package
In addition to the New Loop reusable packaging, you will receive a communication package. It contains everything you need, including social media elements, table signs, posters and employee guides showing how the return system works.
