ORDERING

  • Packaging and transport boxes must be ordered before the agreed deadline for the event in question.
  • Payment for the deposit and use tax must be received by New Loop before the event is organised. Packaging will not be delivered if payment is not received on time.

 

Personal data

  • We only collect personal data when it is relevant to us, and we will only collect personal data if it is relevant to your activity at New Loop ApS. When collecting, processing and using your personal data, we always comply with all relevant legal provisions. We will only retain your personal data for as long as we either have a legal obligation to do so or as long as it is relevant to the purpose for which it was collected.

 

  • If you wish to purchase and receive a product or service from us, we need to collect certain personal data in order to fulfil the transaction and offer you our services. We may use cookies to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket while you use our webshop. We may collect information such as name, email address, postal address, delivery address (if different from postal address), phone number and payment information.
    New Loop ApS collects and processes your personal data when you do the following:
  • Visit our website

  • Making purchases via Jotform or webshop

Payment - DEPOSIT & USAGE CHARGE

  • The stall holder pays both Mortgage and use tax for packaging and transport boxes prior to the event.
  • When selling to customers, the stall holder must use the agreed collateral pricesso that customers can get a full refund of the deposit amount when returning at vending machines or at the deposit booth.

Right of complaint

There is a two-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or reduced in price, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/fault.

Cash on delivery shipments are not accepted.

Returns & Refunds

  • Packaging and transport boxes must handed in at the event at the agreed time and be Packed according to instructionsso they can be transported together for washing or storage.

  • Failure to deliver will incur additional collection costs that will be invoiced directly to the stall holder.

  • Unbroken transport boxes will be refunded for both deposit and use tax against a handling fee of 100 DKK per box.

  • Broken transport boxes refundable for deposit only - the use tax is not refundable as the packaging must be washed and quality assured.

  • Deposit for transport packaging will be refunded upon correct and timely return.

  • In the case of a refund, please include bank details in the form of reg. no. and account no. so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can safely be provided by email or other electronic form as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfilment of the refund.

DELIVERY

  • Pick-up takes place at the event by appointment once payment has been received.

DUTY TO INFORM

  • The stall holder is responsible for ensuring that All employees in the booth are informed about the deposit system, proper handling of packaging and return options so they can guide customers.

  • Customers must be informed that there are deposit on the packagingand how and where it can be returned.

Exchange & data entry

  • If it is possible to exchange packaging in a bar or stall, it must be possible registered in the stall's POS systemso the deposit follows the product.

  • The stall holder must be able to Submit data on exchanged pawn units in the boothso that it can be reconciled with the actual number returned. This ensures transparency in return rates and accounting.

Applicable law

These terms and conditions and any agreement between you and New Loop ApS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Danish law. Any dispute that may arise in connection with our terms, including disputes regarding their existence or validity, shall be settled by the Danish courts. However, if you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you may also choose to bring the matter before your local courts.
