Prizes

At New Loop ApS, all prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Reservations are made for sold out items.

 

Personal data

We only collect personal data when it is relevant to us, and we will only collect personal data if it is relevant to your activity at New Loop ApS. When collecting, processing and using your personal data, we always comply with all relevant legal provisions. We will only retain your personal data for as long as we either have a legal obligation to do so or as long as it is relevant to the purpose for which it was collected.

 

If you wish to purchase and receive a product or service from us, we need to collect certain personal data in order to fulfil the transaction and offer you our services. We may use cookies to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket while you use our webshop. We may collect information such as name, email address, postal address, delivery address (if different from postal address), phone number and payment information.
New Loop ApS collects and processes your personal data when you do the following:

  • Visit our website

  • Making purchases via Jotform or webshop

Payment options

New Loop ApS accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, bank transfer, Google Pay, Apple Pay. The payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is dispatched. All amounts are in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold out/discontinued items.

Delivery

New Loop ApS endeavours to dispatch orders received before 5 pm the following day, after which orders are dispatched the next working day. We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping prices from 70 kr. Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering. We do not deliver abroad and not to the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Your goods are sent with Bring or Danske Fragtmænd Express.

Items are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 1-3 business days after ordering. For certain items, special delivery terms apply. The terms will be specifically stated prior to the purchase of these items.

Right of complaint

There is a two-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or reduced in price, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/fault.

Cash on delivery shipments are not accepted.

Reimbursement

In the case of a refund, please include bank details in the form of reg. no. and account no. so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can safely be provided by email or other electronic form as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfilment of the refund.

Right of cancellation

There is a 14-day full return policy on items purchased in our webshop.

The period is counted from that day:

  • Where you receive the order.

  • Receives the last item in physical possession in the case of a multiple item deal, ordered in one order but delivered individually or in several instalments.

  • Receives the last batch or last part in physical possession in the case of an agreement for delivery of goods consisting of several batches/parts.

  • The first item in physical possession in the case of regular delivery of goods over a certain period of time.

The return costs are at your own expense.
Cancellation must be notified to us within 14 days of purchase and you must return the shipment within 14 days of cancellation. The notification must be given by email to info@newloop.dk. In the notification, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation.

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to accept the goods without giving clear notice at the same time.

Goods excluded from the right of cancellation

The following product types are not included in the right of cancellation:

  • Goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or have a distinct personal touch.

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal is broken after delivery.

  • Goods where the seal has been broken.

  • Agreements made at public auction.

Returns

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of cancellation. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is unused and properly packaged. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. The return process will be faster if you also fill in and enclose our cancellation form.
You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery until we have received them back.


We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.

Condition of the item upon return

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product as if you tried it in a physical store.

 

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt - of the return. In order to receive a full refund, you must test the item without actually using it.

Reimbursement

If you cancel your purchase, you will of course be refunded the amount you have paid to us. In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. When exercising the right of cancellation, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a form of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of cancellation.

 

Refunds will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the amount of the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided proof of return before then.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us and shop on our website, we need the following information about you:

  • Address

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Information about what you have purchased

We process your personal data for the purpose of delivering the product to you and to process enquiries regarding your purchase. The processing is done according to the rules in our personal data policy for New Loop ApS. Applicable law

These terms and conditions and any agreement between you and New Loop ApS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Danish law. Any dispute that may arise in connection with our terms, including disputes regarding their existence or validity, shall be settled by the Danish courts. However, if you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you may also choose to bring the matter before your local courts.
