New Loop is available in Copenhagen K. See our map of Return Points here.

We understand that it can be frustrating to encounter technical challenges when you just want to return your cup and get your deposit back. But don't worry, we're here to help!

If you experience problems scanning the QR code on your pantkop, you can take a picture of the code and attach it in an email to us at support@thenewloop.dk. Our team will quickly identify the problem and make sure you get your deposit back without hassle.

Closed deposit systemsIn closed environments, such as workplaces, the deposit system is customised to the company that is responsible for the deposit payment and handling of returns. This means that employees are free to take a cup or other packaging without paying the deposit themselves. Instead, the company pays the deposit in full, and when the packaging is returned, the company gets the amount back. This makes the system easy and convenient and supports recycling at no extra cost to the employee.

Open deposit systems: In open environments such as cafés and public areas, the packaging can move freely outside a designated area and can be returned to multiple locations. Here, the user pays a small deposit, which is refunded upon return. This system ensures that cups and packaging are returned, cleaned and reused, reducing the use of disposable packaging. In addition, the packaging can be dropped off at different locations, which makes it more convenient for the consumer and increases the proportion of packaging that is returned for reuse.

The delivery time depends on the size of your order and the scope of the solution you need. We work quickly and can usually deliver at relatively short notice. Contact us to discuss your specific needs and to get more information about delivery times for you.

If your organisation wants to handle the washing of recycled cups and packaging yourself, we offer the option to buy the cups directly from us. This gives you full control over the cleaning process and the flexibility to customise it to your routines and needs.

New Loop's reusable packaging is made from ISCC PLUS certified biocircular polypropylene, based on used vegetable oil (UCO) as a renewable raw material*.

This approach supports the transition to a circular economy by reducing dependence on fossil fuels and integrating renewable materials into durable, high-quality reusable packaging.

In addition, this makes the packaging one of the most carbon and resource-efficient solutions on the market. For example, the New Loop coffee cup already has a lower carbon footprint than the average disposable double-walled cup after just two uses.

*The ISCC PLUS certified material is sourced and processed according to the mass balance principle, ensuring traceability and sustainability.

We offer a wide range of products including coffee cups, soft drink cups and take-away packaging in different sizes, all designed to be durable and reusable.

YES! We encourage all packaging - including damaged packaging - to be returned to us. Even if the packaging is damaged, we can ensure proper recycling and recovery of the materials in our production cycle. In this way, you contribute to a more circular solution where we avoid unnecessary material waste.
When our packaging reaches the end of its life cycle (EoL), the products are recycled through our partner and manufacturer. As they have contained food, they cannot be recycled into food packaging. Instead, they are recycled into other products, ensuring the material stays in circulation and helping to reduce waste and maximise resource utilisation.
We continuously measure our impact and publish data on CO₂ savings, waste reduction and circularity. For example, our cups only need to be washed twice before they are better than a disposable double-walled cardboard cup. You can read our LCA report here
